Please review our booking policies carefully before scheduling your appointment:

• Deposit

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your total service cost. CashApp and Zelle payments are available.

• Hair Preparation

• Please arrive with your hair clean, fully washed, and completely dry.

• Hair must be free of oils, conditioners, gels, or any styling products.

• Failure to follow these guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment without service.

• Late Arrivals

• We understand that things happen, but being on time is essential:

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

• Arrivals between 10–15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee.

• After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit forfeited

• Cancellations & Rescheduling:

• Changes to your appointment—including cancellations or rescheduling—must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• No-call, no-show appointments will be permanently banned from future bookings.

• Appointment Confirmation:

• Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation.

• Before You Book:

• To secure your appointment, make sure to enter your full legal name, valid phone number, and email address.

• Incomplete or incorrect information may result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment.
